By using this website or submitting a contact form, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit any form.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or, if younger, that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these terms on your behalf. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.


3. Service Description

Tickwise provides three watch repair and restoration services: battery replacement with pressure check, crystal replacement or polishing, and case refinishing for steel watches. Services are performed at the studio's premises in Bangkok. The studio does not offer mobile or postal service at this time.

Services are described in detail on the Solutions page. Tickwise reserves the right to decline a service request where the piece is outside the scope of the studio's work (for example, mechanical calibres requiring movement servicing).

All text, imagery, and design on this website is the property of Tickwise or licensed for use by Tickwise. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is not permitted.


6. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (THB). Prices for standard services are published on the website and displayed at the studio. Payment is due in full on collection of the watch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: cash (THB), Thai bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. We do not hold watches as security for non-payment, but do retain the right to decline future service to customers with outstanding balances.

If additional work beyond the quoted service is identified during the repair, the additional cost will be communicated to you before any additional work is performed. You are not obligated to accept additional work; if declined, the original service will be completed as agreed.


7. Service-Specific Terms

7.1 Drop-Off and Collection

Watches are received during studio hours. A receipt is issued at drop-off noting the piece and its condition. The customer is responsible for collecting the watch within 30 days of notification that the service is complete. Pieces not collected within 60 days may be subject to a storage fee.

7.2 Timelines

Estimated service timelines are provided at drop-off. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by parts availability, studio workload, or unforeseen findings during the service. Tickwise will communicate any significant changes to the estimated timeline.

7.3 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring any watch you bring to the studio is your property or that you have the owner's permission to authorise the service. Tickwise accepts watches in good faith and cannot be held liable for services performed on watches belonging to a third party without their knowledge.


8. Disclaimers

Services are provided using reasonable professional skill. Tickwise does not represent that any service will restore a watch to a specific condition, extend its lifespan, or make it water resistant beyond its original specification.

Case refinishing alters the surface of the watch. While care is taken to preserve the original geometry, some minor loss of material is inherent in this process. This is explained to customers at drop-off. By proceeding with the service, you acknowledge and accept this.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Tickwise's liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of use of the watch during the service period.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our negligence causing physical damage to the watch beyond what is inherent in the agreed service.


10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tickwise against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of ownership, or your use of the website in a manner contrary to these Terms.


11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact us at [email protected] in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
